Ko-tun Feralo is one of the best support heroes in the game. Between Arms Distribution and his class cards, he has the rest of your team covered. But, unlike MHD-19 and Gideon Argus, he helps himself when he's helping others. This makes him far better than either of the previous two mentioned. He'll work with you teammates but can also do it himself if he needs to. His highs include Support and making okay weapons good. His lows are lack of defense and spikey play.

Build #1
Ko-Tun Feralo has Arms Distribution. This is quite a good ability and I think should be used as much as possible. It can either bolster your defense with +1 block or your attack with +1 damage. This ability is consistent, supportive and adaptable. This build will focus on those three principles. First, I'll replace his Service Rifle (which frankly is terrible) with the 434 Deathhammer. This weapon is fairly cheap and will allow Ko-Tun to deliver a punch. Then, focusing on support, I would get Dig In and Squad Cohesion. These are both fantastic cards that will help your whole team attack and defend.
If the mission is a "run around and interact" you can use Dig In for extra blocks, and Squad Cohesion and Arms Distribution for block power tokens. If you need to get damage, you can use Squad Cohesion and Arms Distribution for damage and surge power tokens - he's really adaptable to your situation.

Build #2
This build will focus on total support and make Ko-Tun Feralo a true support hero. First, I'll give him Dig In and Squad Cohesion. Next, I'll add Fire-Support Specialist and Auxiliary Training. Now, Ko-Tun can give out power tokens with Arms Distrubution and when a hero within 3 spaces of him spends one, that hero removes a defense die and gets to reroll one die. This is amazing and will make any attack really powerful.
Both Fire-Support Specialist and Auxiliary Training work on Ko-Tun Feralo as well. This means that he can do the same percedger for himself and get the same upside. For these reasons, I'm going to keep his Service Rifle and try to use these cards to bolster his attacks. This will free up credits for other heroes.

Build #3
Truthfully, Ko-tun Feralo can be run as a brawler instead of a supporting hero. First, give him Fire-Support Specialist and Auxiliary Training. I'm going to opt for the DXR-6 because a reroll (from Auxiliary Training) on two red dice is really good. Next, I would add Self-Sufficient. This card will allow him to use his power tokens as if they were two power tokens. This is amazing and will make him really powerful. I would also give him Dig In and Bacta Pump. Dig In will take care of his defensive needs and Bacta Pump will recover the strain that he will be taking.
