Supply Pack- Item Card Review

Supply Pack is a Tier 3 equipment card that is included in Heart of the Empire Expansion. At the cost of 200 credits, it is one of the cheaper options and this price point is why I like it so much. Additionally, you can bring up to 3 Equipment cards to each mission, so this card is easy to fit in a build and works well on all heroes.

Supply Pack allows you to start each mission with two power tokens of your choice. This is pretty good. Depending on the mission, you could make yourself great at attacking (damage or surge power token) or defending (block and evade). This versatility is why I really like Supply Pack. Then, in the bottom half of this card, you get another great abiltiy. Basically, during your activation, you can deplete this card to recover 2 damage or discard a harmful condition. Unlike many other cards, such as Alliance Efficiency and Systems Upgrade, there is no downside to depleting the card - the first effect happens only at the start of the mission. This card is really good and can be used to recover just enough damage to stay alive or get rid of that annoying harmful condition. Overall, when looking at heroes it doesn't matter all that much. I wouldn't put it on Ko-Tun Feralo or anyone else who gets power tokens easily. Other than that, if you have 200 credits to spare, I would really recommend this upgrade. For it's versatility, low cost, and overwhelming effectiveness, I think this is one of the best equipments you can get.
