This is a very heavy hitting pistol. With an average damage of 5.25, the Disruptor Pistol is definitely a damage weapon. It is guaranteed to get enough accuracy from 3 spaces away with a range of up to 5 spaces. For a modification, I would go with Plasma Cell. But, for the ultimate build, I would go with Tactical Display. Then, with either Point Blank Shot on Verena or Explosive Reflexes on Jarrod Kelvin. This would give you a red-red dice pool and be able to exhaust Tactical Display for a surge to three damage. This could yield a maximum of 9 damage. Additionally, this is a good solid weapon for Jyn Odan. Not only can you use this weapon at short range, but now all of your pistols can gain surge to three damage with Gunslinger. All and all, Disruptor Pistol combos really well with anyone who needs a pistol - because it doesn't shoot like one.
