Acting on intelligence that a rouge cargo shuttle pilot has information about the Death Star, you arrive on Coruscant, desperate to find him before the Imperial Forces there. Unfortunately, as you ask around, you're apparently too late. So, you'll have to jailbreak him from the Imperials.

- Place all Initial Group figures on tile 20a.
- The heroes deploy on tile 19a.
- Place crates on the top left corners of 25a, 27a, 19a and 2a.
- Place a rebel mission token in the top left corner of 20a.
- Place a door between tiles 28a and 19a. Then place another tile between 36a and 19a.
- The doors are locked.
- The rebel mission token represents the pilot.
- When there are no adjacent imperial figures to the Pilot, the mission will progress.
- The mission ends when the pilot reaches the extraction point (tile 19a), when the pilot is defeated, when 1/2 (rounded down) of the heroes are defeated, or at the end of Round 7.
When there are no Imperial Figures adjacent to the pilot:
"Get moving!" you shout to the pilot. "We'll get you out of here!" you say as you turn around to try to keep that promise.
- The pilot has 12 health, 3 speed, a white defense die.
- The pilot is controlled by the Rebels as an ally.
When the pilot has 4 or more damage:
Although he just suffered another wound, the pilot powers on, making one last rush for the exit
- The pilot may interrupt to perform a move.
When the pilot has suffered 7 or more damage:
You hear more Imperial Troopers rushing in to stop you. You're running out of time...
- Increase the threat by 3. The Imperial Player may resolve an optional deployment to 19a.
End of the Mission Effects:
If the pilot reaches the evacuation point:
As you rush into the extraction point, you find that your ride is not there yet. The best you can do is attempt to escape into the forest. Although your team could easily evade the search parties, the pilot tells you that he has a tracker on him and that they will soon find you. Desperately processing this, you ask him for all that he knows. He says, "Galen Erso sent me to speak with Saw Gerrera. The weapon..." he pauses, sighs and continues, "is a planet-killer." After that, knowing this news must get to the Rebel Alliance, you leave him saying you'll come back for him - a promise you can't keep.
-Rebel Players gain 2xp and 100 credits per hero. The Imperial Player gains 1xp and 1 influence.
- Your next story mission will be Distracting on Scarrif
When 1/2 (rounded down) of the heroes are wounded, the pilot is defeated, or at the end of Round 7:
The pilot is too wounded for you to properly question him about what he knows. As you leave him behind and make a break for the exit you ask, "What is the Death Star?" He replies as he stumbles to the ground, "A planet killer!"
- Rebel Players gain 1xp and 100 credits per hero. The Imperial Player gains 2xp and 2 influence.
- Your next story mission will be Distracting on Scarrif.
