The Return to Hoth Expansion was announced on August 1, 2015 and released on December 23, 2015. As one of the bigger boxes, it features a full campaign, three brand new heroes and two Imperial Class Decks. A all-new snow terrain is included to create the stunning maps throughout the campaign.

Imperial Assault Wave: 5

# of Missions: 10
# of Miniatures: 16
Additional Deployment Cards: 4
Rebel Upgrade Rank: 3
Imperial Upgrade Rank: 2
Overall Rank: 1
If you haven't noticed already, I really like this expansion. For the Rebels, it includes one of the best heroes (Verena Talos). It offers a fair assortment of Item and Supply cards that will bolster any deck. Additionally, you get Leia Organa's deployment card, who is featured in some of the missions. Then, for the Imperials, you get the SC2-M Repulser Tank. This tank is hard hitting, can use Focus Fire to attack twice, and fairly defensible. But most importantly, it costs only 10 threat to get onto the battlefield. Although they can only be used on snow tiles, I would recommend using the Wampa whenever you can. They are slow, but can hit really hard if you line it up correctly.
This is a fantastic expansion if you play both Imperial and Rebels. It helps both immensely and will give you some competitive heroes as well as incredible deployment cards. I would recommend getting this expansion as your first, because it will give you a full-length campaign and many upgrades for both sides.
